• Mounting Holes: Included by default, with rubber washers provided for secure installation
• Adhesive Installation: Request no holes at checkout for adhesive installation
• Customizations: Custom colors, font changes, and text beyond 6 characters are considered on a case-by-case basis, with a minimum $50 upcharge
• Glaze Color Variation: Slight variations in glaze colors may occur due to monitor differences and the ceramic firing process
• Handmade Quality: Each tile is handmade, allowing for slight variations that are part of the finished piece's charm
• Irreversible Changes: Once your tile is in progress, changes cannot be made
• Proofs Available: Proofs can be requested after purchase to ensure satisfaction with the final design
